Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into search forms are sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If a visitor contacts us, the message is used only to respond to the matter raised.

Hosting services create routine logs, such as an IP address, browser information, pages requested, and time of request. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand which reference pages are being used. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical information supports operation, error diagnosis, traffic measurement, and page improvements. Camden County Residents Directory does not sell a visitor list or create a personal profile of individual users.
External Services and Links
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and outside search services. The privacy terms of each destination control information submitted there, including information submitted through sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process the logs needed to operate the service. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the technical data described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires disclosure and not for other purposes.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only as long as operational needs require. There are no visitor accounts, so Camden County Residents Directory does not hold account passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted information so it can be removed.
Your Information Requests
Depending on applicable law, a visitor may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information a service keeps. Because this reference retains very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable logs, then removing information found where appropriate. Use the Contact page. Public records held by New Jersey, Camden County, or municipal custodians are not controlled here; direct an access or correction request to that custodian under the relevant law, including the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., where it applies.
